33 Presentations. Study of the responses of plants to environmental stresses, including chilling, drought, freezing, high temperature, salinity, hypoxia, and toxic elements. Emphasizes the physiological and biochemical basis of injury and plant resistance mechanisms at the whole-plant, cellular, and molecular levels.
