Ruminant Nutrition: Microbial Ecology and Forage Chemistry (ANSC 606)
Description
39 Presentations. This course provides an overview of ruminant nutrition with an emphasis on microbial ecology, forage chemistry, and rumen function. The first section focuses on evolution, feeding strategies and plant-animal interactions. The second section concentrates on forage chemistry, and the third section focuses on rumen function and microbiology.
