Plant Cell and Tissue Culture (PLBR 401)

Description

27 Presentations. This course provides broad coverage of techniques of plant tissue, cell, protoplast, embryo, and anther culture and the applications of those techniques to biological and agricultural studies. Examples used include horticultural, agronomic and endangered species. Genetic modification of plants via gene transfer and other manipulations of cultured cells is a major topic.
