Description
34 Presentations. Study of the physiological principles that govern growth, development, and production of reproductive structures of vegetable crops and herbaceous ornamental plants. Emphasizes processes of flower induction, fruit and seed set, and the balance of vegetative and reproductive growth, especially in perennials. Practical hands-on greenhouse experiments and small group discussions illustrate the lecture material.
