In this stage, you should assemble and prepare information about your program team and the crop you wish to assess. Please begin by filling out the "Organization and Team Information" form below.

Analysis of crop value, delivery systems, breeding programs and unmet needs for plant materials.




Module 3:
Scope and intensity

Scope and intensity of effort required in an ongoing PB program or a new program to meet the needs for new planting materials in the target production areas for the crop/crop group being considered.




Module 4:
Assessment of program activities

Assessment of PB program activities, accomplishments and opportunities.




Module 5:
Identify and evaluate the human and tangible capital assets

Identify and evaluate the human and tangible capital assets currently in the PB program components that contribute to PBC.




Module 6:
Develop plan of action

Develop plan of action to assure PBC is sufficient to support program objective attainment.
